Recovery Drink

Recovery Drink is a post-exercise beverage. It's formulated with potato starch amylopectin and Grass-Fed whey protein concentrate, which has a high biological value because it comes exclusively from pasture-raised mucus, without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. This preserves the biological characteristics of the whey peptides and provides all the essential amino acids needed for growth and maintenance of physiological functions.
Recovery Drink contains approximately 40% of the best proteins, i.e. 20-22 g of protein per serving, which helps preserve muscle mass and keep bones in a normal state.
It has a protein to carbohydrate ratio of approximately 1:1; it was formulated this way because, after exercise, it's common to consume carbohydrate-rich foods like fruit, oatmeal, and energy bars, which reduces protein intake. Protein intake is often neglected. That's why Recovery Drinkmantain maintains this 1:1 ratio.
