The prices displayed on Biked.it include VAT. The agreed prices refer to these general conditions of sale. Biked.it reserves the right to modify the price list without notice. Shipping costs, if applicable, must be added to the amount.

3) Product technical data

Product features are listed in the online catalog and are visible when placing an order. Biked.it displays its products as truthfully and accurately as possible.

4) Shipping

The total amount of the order will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation. Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Delivery will take place within 7 business days. The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase. If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., if the customer is absent at the time of delivery), our Customer Service will contact the customer as soon as possible and arrange a direct delivery. Biked.it is not responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier. Upon receipt of the package , please check: - that the number of packages indicated on the consignment note is actually the number delivered; - that the package is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be reported to the courier, indicating "Received subject to inspection" on the waybill you sign for collection. Otherwise, the package is considered delivered correctly.
