Orders on our website www.biked.it can only be placed by adults. Once your order is complete on our website, you will automatically receive a summary email with your billing and shipping information, along with the items purchased and their prices. Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute a contract. The contract between Bicimania di Genovese Gabriele and the customer begins when you receive the email confirming shipment of the goods and the issuance of the sales receipt/invoice. Bicimania di Genovese Gabriele has the right to accept or reject any order. In the latter case, you will be contacted directly and we will issue a full refund for the order amount. All orders paid by credit card, PayPal, or MyBank will be processed as quickly as possible and converted into an invoice or receipt (depending on the customer's choice) as soon as the goods are shipped. For all orders paid by bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment in our account. Any orders not paid for within 5 days of placing the order will be considered cancelled. During checkout, you can choose whether to purchase from our online store with a receipt or invoice. If you choose to purchase by receipt, we will no longer be able to issue an invoice for the purchase you just completed. Prices listed on the website include VAT for shipments to Italy and other EU countries. Any collection or shipping costs will be added separately. However, if multiple users place simultaneous orders for the same item, unavailability may occur. Once you receive your package, please verify that the number of packages delivered by the courier corresponds to the number indicated by the courier and that the packaging is intact with the Biked tape. If you notice that the packaging is damaged or uses adhesive tape other than ours (or transparent tape), please accept the package "WITH RESERVATIONS" and notify the courier and our customer service team at ecommerce@biked.it. If the package is not accepted with reservations, we will be unable to forward a claim to the shipping company for verification and possible refund/replacement of the damaged or missing product due to theft. When purchasing merchandise on www.biked.it, you can choose between two shipping options: In-store pickup, at our headquarters located at Via Verona 28 in Mantua; or Shipping via courier, which may incur a fee if the order amount is less than €99.99 or free if it exceeds the minimum spend. Insured shipping (recommended): In most cases, when entrusting a shipment containing valuable items to a courier, it is advisable to insure your shipment, with a surcharge based on the value of the purchased item (+1%). The laws governing the transport of goods within the national territory are contained in the Civil Code, Articles 1.693 and 1.696. It is important to know that delivery times are calculated considering only working days and therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and holidays. Orders are shipped by Bartolini. Consumer Customers can benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, for all items purchased on our website www.biked.it (subject to any exclusions). The seller's legal guarantee applies to defects of conformity that become apparent within 24 months of the Product's delivery date and that are reported by the consumer within 2 months of the date the defects were discovered, in accordance with Article 132 of the Consumer Code.Returns and replacements
The right of withdrawal, regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, provides for the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason by returning the purchased product and receiving a refund. This right may be exercised only by the consumer customer, that is, the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity and who therefore does not indicate a VAT number on the order form. Withdrawal is not permitted if the customer purchases with a VAT number. For a return to be accepted, it is important that the product being returned has not been used or damaged and is in its original packaging/tag, if present; the packaging must contain all the original components. For components such as seat posts, saddles, cranksets, or other mechanical items, it is important that they are not mounted for the return to be accepted. For shoes with pedal attachments, it is important that the cleats are not mounted to avoid marking/scuffing the sole. Upon receipt of the communication from Bicimania Di Genovese Gabriele regarding the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract, the consumer will contact customer service via email or telephone to confirm the shipment of the package. The goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and is responsible for the product during shipment. Within 14 days of accepting the return, the customer must send the product via courier or parcel post. Upon arrival of the goods, our staff will verify their integrity and the presence of all the original accessories. The company will then refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the package, excluding any costs related to the payment method and shipping.
