High Energy Gel is an energy gel whose main carbohydrate source is cyclodextrin, an advanced carbohydrate that allows for better and more efficient glycogen replenishment.
• Provides a sustained release of energy, ideal during and after exercise.
• A lower insulin peak, which promotes the use of glucose at the cellular level for a shorter period, maintaining blood sugar levels for longer.
• Rapid gastric emptying thanks to the high molecular weight and low osmolality, which aids digestion and reduces secondary gastrointestinal effects.

In the form of a 76 g stick, 200 kcal, it contains 50 g of carbohydrates per gel unit in a 1:1 ratio of complex carbohydrates to simple carbohydrates.
