High Energy Gel is an energy gel based on cyclodextrins, which offers a prolonged release of energy, natural flavours and a high carbohydrate content (30 g), providing 200 Kcal per gel unit.
High Energy Gel is an energy gel whose main carbohydrate source is cyclodextrin, an advanced carbohydrate that allows for better and more efficient glycogen replenishment.

In the form of a 46 g stick, 200 kcal, it contains 30 g of carbohydrates per gel unit in a 1:1 ratio of complex carbohydrates to simple carbohydrates.

HOW TO USE
• 45g - Take up to 3 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300ml of water. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.
