The toe has two "Vented Mouthport" air vents and an upper with perforated material to ensure exceptional ventilation to dissipate sweat.
Featuring Body Geometry cornerstones like the longitudinal arch, varus wedge, and metatarsal button insoles, along with a Padlock™ heel, FACT Powerline™ carbon outsole, and dedicated BOA® S3 CNC-machined alloy dials, the S-Works Vent is ready for any race, no matter how hot the mercury gets.
• The distinguishing features of Body Geometry shoes, such as the longitudinal arch, Varus Wedge, and metatarsal button insoles, are the key to top performance, maximum comfort, and reduced risk of injury. Correct alignment of the hip, knee, and foot limits medial/lateral movement of the knee to avoid compromising blood circulation to the feet.
• Vented Mouthports draw air in at the toebox and channel it around your foot, then out through the open mesh of the upper and tongue. This creates a cool shoe that helps wick away sweat. The perforated upper is combined with a layer of Dyneema® Mesh to securely hold your foot, ensuring optimal power transfer.
• The sole is the same as the S-Works EXOS shoes; the 66-gram FACT Powerline™ carbon, with mesh-covered holes for ventilation. The overall weight of the shoe is just 230 grams (a size 42 shoe).
• Our PadLock™ heel cup is also crucial for power transfer. Its grip improves acceleration. Two independent BOA® S3 alloy dials ensure fine-tuning of the fit.
• The titanium threaded bushings can be reversed to move the cleat further back by up to 5mm.
• Non-slip and easily replaceable rear cleat.
