Introducing the new Propero 4 helmet—the aerodynamics of the S-Works Evade 3 combined with the extraordinary ventilation of the S-Works Prevail 3, plus the comfort and reliability of all Specialized helmets, and a 5-star rating from the Virginia Tech Institute®. Every detail of the Propero 4 has been designed with the equation of Aerodynamics + Ventilation + Lightweight = Speed in mind.
AERODYNAMICS: When developing the Propero 4, aerodynamics was the starting point, and to this end we performed extensive CFD and wind tunnel tests. With the profile inspired by the S-Works Evade 3, we already gain 4 watts, or 15 seconds over a distance of 40 km.
VENTILATION: Taking inspiration from the S-Works Prevail 3, we've achieved our quality goals. We've incorporated the S-Works Prevail 3's rear exhaust ports and introduced 2mm micro-channels that turbulently direct airflow through the helmet, creating a continuous, cooling flow of air.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Beyond aerodynamics and ventilation, the Propero 4 features meticulous attention to detail. We've applied cutting-edge technologies like MIPS and a fit system designed for comfort. The Propero 4 exceeds expectations.
