How to take your measurements correctly?
Use a tailor's tape measure and keep it snug against your body without tightening it to find the perfect fit.
1 - Waist: Measure the circumference of the narrowest part of your abdomen.
2 - Hips: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your pelvis.
| Unit of measure (cm) | XXS | XS | S | M | L |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Waist (cm) | 60 - 64 | 64 - 68 | 68 - 74 | 74 - 80 | 80 - 86 |
| Hips (cm) | 86 - 90 | 90 - 94 | 94 - 100 | 100 - 106 | 106 - 112 |
* If your measurements are between two sizes, Q36.5 recommends the smaller size for an aerodynamic "second skin" fit or the larger size for greater comfort.
