How to take your measurements correctly?
Use a tailor's tape measure and keep it snug against your body without constricting.
1 - Chest circumference: The circumference of the widest part of your chest (under your armpits).
2 - Waist circumference: The circumference of the narrowest part, just above the navel.
3 - Body height: Your total height measured from the ground to your head.
4 - Weight: Your current body weight in kg.
