It is perfect for taking during training sessions and competitions, as it has an easy-to-chew consistency and a very pleasant flavor.
Race Day is a variant of the Endurance Fuel Bar BCAA bar, as it is thinner and very easy to carry and chew.
• The main features of this bar are:
• Small size and weight of 40 g.
• The amount of figs was increased and dates were reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index and providing energy but reducing insulin spikes.
• One bar contains 124 kcal and between 21 and 25 g of carbohydrates depending on the flavor.
• Nuts have been removed to make the product easier to eat and digest;
• It has pumpkin seeds which add a crunch and provide healthy fats and proteins.
• With organic ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sultanas.
• A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins providing 50% of the NRV has been added.
