Sub9 Race Day is currently the sports energy drink with the highest carbohydrate content per serving. To ensure the absorption of its 82g of carbohydrates and 332kcal, we've developed a low-osmolar drink using Cyclodextrin and Palatinose as the main ingredients. These next-generation carbohydrates are more effective at replenishing glycogen in the body.
• They guarantee a prolonged and perfect release of energy during and after physical activity.
• Lower insulin spikes, promoting the use of glucose at the cellular level in a shorter period of time and maintaining blood sugar levels for longer.
• Rapid gastric emptying thanks to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, aiding digestion and reducing secondary gastrointestinal effects.
• Does not inhibit fat burning.
It provides nearly 1g of BCAAs in an 8:1:1 ratio with extra leucine per serving. The combination of these essential amino acids is perfect for endurance athletes because:

DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 87.5 g in 500 ml of water. Prepare by adding a little water to the can, dissolving the powder from the sachet, shaking vigorously, and refilling with water.
